This policy explains how HackTick AI handles information when you visit our website or use our tools. HackTick AI is operated by Sanskar, an individual based in India.
Information we store
We store the information you choose to submit to our tools, including product briefs, prompts, a public website URL, an app name, and optional context. We also store the tool output generated from that information, along with limited operational data such as the selected tool, generation timing, usage and cost metrics, and a hashed form of an IP address used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use information
We use submitted information to provide the requested output, operate and secure the service, prevent abuse, investigate technical issues, manage service costs, and improve reliability. We retain generator inputs and outputs so we can avoid repeating identical generations and operate the service effectively.
Public VibeCode directory entries
When you submit a website to the VibeCode Checker, the resulting entry may be saved to the public directory. A saved entry can include the app name, domain, category, verdict, summary, and the difficult parts identified by the tool. Do not submit private, confidential, or sensitive information through this feature. You can ask us to review or remove a public directory entry by contacting us.
Service providers
We use service providers to run HackTick AI. These include Supabase for application data and backend functions, OpenRouter and its selected AI model providers to generate tool output, and Cloudflare Turnstile when human verification is enabled. When you submit a public website to the VibeCode Checker, we may retrieve a readable version of that public page through Jina AI before sending the relevant website context to the AI service for analysis.
These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and advertising
HackTick AI does not currently display third-party advertising. If we introduce advertising services such as Google AdSense, we will update this policy and provide the required notice and consent choices before using advertising cookies or similar technologies where required by law.
Data retention
We do not currently use a fixed deletion schedule for stored generator records or public VibeCode directory entries. We retain them for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve HackTick AI, manage costs, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use records created in the previous 30 days when checking whether an identical generator request can be served from cache. Daily rate-limit records use a hash rather than the raw IP address.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit optional information. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your use of the service, including a public VibeCode directory entry. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as HackTick AI changes. We will post the latest version here and update the date above. For privacy questions, email sanskarprajapati337@gmail.com.
